Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an SDR
- Proven outbound prospecting success, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and ability to build custom sequences
- Strong verbal communication skillsโability to sound clear, confident, and engaging on calls in English
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise B2B companies
- US-based and focused on outbounding exclusively in North America
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
- Build and refine your own sales sequences using SalesLoft, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executive
- Engage with decision-makers, demonstrating clear and confident communication on calls
- Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously optimize outreach strategies
Benefits
- OTE $35-45K USD
- $1,600- $2,500 USD per month (depending on skills & experience) + up to $15K USD in commission
