Join Inspiren, a company helping senior living communities thrive, as a Sales Development Manager! This role involves managing a team of SDRs, while also actively participating in lead generation. You will own event lead generation strategies, prospect and engage with healthcare decision-makers, develop compelling outreach campaigns, and collaborate with sales and marketing. Success in this position requires building and leading a high-performing SDR team, defining best practices, providing coaching and mentorship, and tracking performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in event marketing or sales development, with a proven track record of success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, sales development, or a related role
- Experience hiring, training, and managing SDRs or event-driven sales teams
- A proven track record of leveraging events to generate high-quality pipeline
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Own and execute our event lead generation strategy, ensuring we maximize pre and post event communications
- Actively prospect and engage with healthcare decision-makers before, during, and after events to generate leads
- Develop compelling messaging and outreach campaigns that align with our event and sales initiatives
- Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert event-driven leads into opportunities
- Build and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who will focus on pipeline generation
- Define and implement best practices, processes, and playbooks for SDR outreach and event-driven lead conversion
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship, ensuring SDRs have the tools, training, and motivation to succeed
- Track, measure, and optimize event and SDR performance to continuously improve outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a healthcare technology or SaaS environment is a plus
Benefits
- The annual salary for this role is $115,000-$130,000+ equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
