Summary

Requirements

  • A motivational and strategic leader with a track record of building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams, particularly in early-stage career development
  • Minimum of 2+ years as a top-performing SDR and at least 3 years of experience managing SDR teams
  • Strong expertise in inbound and outbound processes, with hands-on experience optimizing sales development strategies
  • Excellent communication skills working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar sales tools
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on execution

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the Business Development strategy for the SDR team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
  • Heavy involvement in recruiting the best talent for your team and ongoing training to build and sustain a high-performance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team, fostering a culture of results, excellence, inclusivity, and career progression
  • Build and execute strategies that drive both inbound and outbound activity, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and wider Sales teams
  • Set and manage key performance metrics, including daily activity tracking, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
  • Optimize and maintain SDR playbooks, incorporating best practices for account-based and personalized prospecting
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure SDRs have the tools, content, and training they need to succeed
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance lead quality, pipeline creation, and SDR performance
  • Engage with Sales Leaders to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across teams
  • Lead by example by staying actively involved in the team’s day-to-day operations
