Summary
Join Deel's Sales Development team as a Manager and lead a high-performing team of SDRs, responsible for initial customer interactions. Develop, train, and hire new team members. Drive team performance to exceed sales goals, track key metrics, and report to senior leadership. Identify areas for process improvement and boost team motivation. Embody Deel's company culture and maintain high employee engagement. This role requires experience in people leadership, preferably in sales, familiarity with modern sales tools, and a proven track record in a high-growth tech company. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in designing and implementing outbound sales strategies and possess strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a people leadership role, preferably in sales
- Experience with modern sales tools
- Have worked at a high growth tech company that sells into the mid-market and enterprise companies
- Highly fluent in designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices
- Experience with scaling an SDR team and can think through career paths, compensation plans, segmenting the team, etc
- You use data and analytics to drive your decision making process, identify areas for improvement, and track progress
- Great at motivating and inspiring SDRs to high performance
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and hire for a rapidly growing team of talented sales development representatives
- Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals
- Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership on a regular basis
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
- Motivate team members through creative incentives
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
