Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Operations or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Gong Engage, Outreach or SalesLoft
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and KPIs
- Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Responsibilities
- Analyze and refine existing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with sales development leaders to identify and address bottlenecks
- Administer sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong Engage, and other prospecting platforms
- Ensure proper integration and alignment between tools used by the Sales Development team
- Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of CRM and other databases
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide visibility into team performance, pipeline health, and key metrics
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion
- Work closely with Sales Development, Marketing leadership, and Operations teams to align on goals and initiatives
- Support the Sales Development team by providing real-time data and recommendations
