Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Operations or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Gong Engage, Outreach or SalesLoft
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and KPIs
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and refine existing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with sales development leaders to identify and address bottlenecks
  • Administer sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong Engage, and other prospecting platforms
  • Ensure proper integration and alignment between tools used by the Sales Development team
  • Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of CRM and other databases
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide visibility into team performance, pipeline health, and key metrics
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion
  • Work closely with Sales Development, Marketing leadership, and Operations teams to align on goals and initiatives
  • Support the Sales Development team by providing real-time data and recommendations

Experience with 6sense, LeadIQ, or Apollo
