Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other sales tools (e.g., Domo, QV, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms)
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, metrics, and KPIs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Proactively addresses challenges and identifies opportunities for process improvement
  • Clear and concise communication of findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborator who works well with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for sales leadership and other stakeholders
  • Monitor sales pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and forecast accuracy
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance, productivity, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales operations leadership to evaluate and streamline sales processes, systems, and tools
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and suggest solutions to improve efficiency
  • Support the development and implementation of new sales processes and tools to enhance the sales team's effectiveness
  • Assist in the creation of accurate sales forecasts, ensuring that key assumptions are tracked and updated as needed
  • Provide input into sales account level planning as part of the monthly consensus process
  • Track and measure the performance of sales initiatives and campaigns, recommending adjustments when necessary
  • Partner with demand planning, finance, strategic sales and strategic operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals
  • Provide support to the sales team to drive internal alignment and resolution of any operational challenges
  • Conduct special projects as requested by sales operations leadership to support business initiatives or strategic decisions
  • Provide on-demand analysis and support for any issues or opportunities that arise
