Sales Development Representative

Summary

The job is for a 6-month Sales Development intern position at Beem Energy starting in July 2024. The intern will assist the Business Development Manager in client acquisition strategy, qualifying leads, converting them into appointments, and performing reporting and analysis. The intern will work with a motivated team that values ambition and audacity, and aims to democratize renewable energies.

Requirements

• Preparing a master's degree and seeking a 6-month internship starting in July 2024
• Be resilient, organized, and enthusiastic; not afraid to make calls
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads
• Adaptability to communicate with various people, businesses, and issues
• Strong listening skills to understand prospects' needs and effectively communicate key information to the sales team
• Analytical skills to adapt strategy and reporting

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads entering the system: create a relationship of trust with prospects, understand their needs, and guide them through their project
• Convert leads into appointments for the Business Development Manager
• Reporting in the CRM (Hubspot) and analyzing sales
• Create Sales reports and organize Sales Meetings
