Summary

Join Beewise, a company committed to saving bees through technology, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will be a key player in lead generation, contacting potential clients (corporations and property owners) to introduce our Beehome product. This role involves outbound outreach, lead qualification, CRM management, and collaboration with the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for sustainability. This position offers growth opportunities within a sales environment focused on technology and environmental impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B or sustainability-focused environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Strong ability to research prospects, initiate conversations, and build initial client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling outreach materials
  • Experience using CRM tools for managing leads and tracking outreach efforts
  • Ability to work closely with the sales team, taking direction and offering insights to help improve overall processes
  • A genuine interest in environmental sustainability, beekeeping, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, corporations, and property owners that could benefit from Beewise’s Beehome placements
  • Initiate contact with leads via cold calls, emails, and social media to schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Assess the potential of inbound and outbound leads to ensure they align with Beewise’s target audience and sustainability goals
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions, updates, and follow-ups in CRM systems, ensuring all lead data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support ongoing sales efforts
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients to ensure engagement and track lead progress
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and corporate sustainability initiatives that could lead to new business opportunities
