Summary

Belkins Group is hiring a result-oriented, communicative, and ambitious Sales Development Representative to work alongside people who love what they do and enjoy sharing their enthusiasm. The SDR will build an omnichannel outreach approach, work with businesses from various industries, create personalized messages, cultivate relationships with prospects, analyze data, utilize tools, and stay up-to-date with the latest outreach trends.

Requirements

  • Experienced in working as an SDR or in other relevant business development roles in B2B for at least 1-2 years
  • Advanced level of English (C1-C2)
  • Can work with Europe and US time zones
  • Experienced in using sales tools, G-suite services, and various CRM systems
  • Proven experience in generating leads via phone
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts
  • Can work remotely both independently and within a team
  • Knack for building rapport and collaborating with diverse people in the team
  • Thrive in transparent, impartial, and fast-paced environments
