Sales Development Representative

Join our team as a highly proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)! This remote position is perfect for someone passionate about connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. You will be engaging with clients and prospects in Arabic-speaking markets, requiring fluency in both Arabic and English. The role involves identifying and reaching out to leads, qualifying them, setting up meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is key to refining outreach strategies. Success in this role requires strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently and meet goals.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B environment (It could include other experiences in different customer service roles as well as long as speaks Arabic)
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a drive to meet/exceed goals
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up meetings for the sales team
• Understand client needs and communicate how our product/service can address them
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
