Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Self starter who is used to working in a scrappy team
- Strong interest in technology
- Active and engaged LinkedIn presence
Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential businesses and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Chili Piper
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified meetings
- Launch and test new outbound lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them
- Work with cross-functional teams and build the roots of our Sales team
- Hit the phones confidently with prospects from self-sourced and SDR generated efforts

- 1:1βs with your manager, meet & shadow current members of the Chili Piper team
- Set monthly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
- Become a product expert
