Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR focused on outbound lead generation
- Experience as an SDR that has developed and tested outbound messaging, targeted new verticals or personas, and implemented creative outreach methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects and work effectively within a remote-first team environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Demonstrated coachability, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn and develop
Responsibilities
- Target potential clients and generate quality meetings through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pains of your named accounts so you can set the strategy for breaking into those accounts
- Collaborate closely with the SDR Manager to develop and execute new campaigns aimed at increasing our engagement with potential clients
- Stay updated on the industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to help influence our messaging
- Utilize our CRM (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, track progress, and prioritize follow-up activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience going 0 < 1, 1 < 10 at an early-stage startup (Series A - C)
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
- A love for building
