Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities
  • Research and gather information on target accounts and decision-makers using various tools and resources
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce OnCourse Learning and our solutions
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as budget, timeline, and fit with our offerings
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Collaborate with sales executives to develop targeted prospecting strategies and messaging
  • Track and manage prospecting activities and outcomes using CRM software
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to help optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with outbound sales prospecting techniques and best practices is a plus
