  • Highly metrics-driven and able to use multiple experiments to hit targets
  • Thrives in ambiguity and context switching between new opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Create a sales engine as the first SDR hire
  • Effectively communicate updates to the CEO (Rani)
  • Hit quota for monthly and quarterly targets
  • Prospect customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, HR communities and other tools or current services
  • Contribute to our marketing and community campaigns (ie Linkedin)
  • Cold call for prospective customers if that is your thing!
  • Qualify opportunities and assess if we can provide value to a company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial experience (or want to prepare for that!)
  • Takes ownership to help the team succeed
