Summary
Join CoreWeave, a leading AI hyperscaler, as a Sales Development Representative and contribute to our growing team. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads for our sales team by executing outbound lead generation campaigns within the Machine Learning and AI sector. This position demands strong communication, consultative selling, and collaboration skills. Requirements
- Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures
- Proven ability to perform successfully in a fast paced and flexible environment
- Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting into high-target accounts and following up with marketing generated leads
- Interact with prospects via email/LinkedIn/Phone calls with a high attention to customization and detail
- Consistently achieve qualified meeting quota to help meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com
- Quickly learn the CoreWeave product(s), effectively communicate our value proposition, and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
- Research accounts, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of our target markets, and stay up to date on industry news
Preferred Qualifications

- Salesloft / Outreach experience
- Experience in business development and/or sales roles
- Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM
