Requirements

  • Have experience in acquisition and sales, ideally in B2B sales
  • Demonstrate ambition and a drive for personal success
  • Possess strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Be willing to contribute your own ideas to improve team performance
  • Have a desire to pursue or advance a career in sales
  • Speak fluent German (native or second language) and good English

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for potential new customers
  • Qualify leads based on their potential
  • Make initial contact with potential customers using provided sales tools
  • Schedule initial product presentations and work closely with Account Executives
  • Manage the first part of the sales cycle, from appointment scheduling to preparation and follow-up
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM software for lead management
  • Implement new cold acquisition strategies
