Summary

Join Taxdoo, a company revolutionizing tax and accounting for European e-commerce businesses. As a Sales Representative, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from pre-qualification to scheduling live demos. You'll actively engage with existing and new customers, building relationships and trust. You'll represent Taxdoo at events, organize appearances, and maintain a strong presence in the community. You'll use HubSpot to track sales activities and optimize the sales process, collaborating with other teams to ensure optimal customer support. You'll also help develop new sales channels and creative outbound sales strategies. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or initial experience in sales – ideally in the SaaS or B2B sector, with a focus on e-commerce or tax solutions
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone: understanding the challenges of online retailers and tax advisors and effectively promoting the solution
  • Experience with inbound sales and new customer acquisition: knowing how to approach and win over the right decision-makers in the e-commerce environment
  • Customer and solution-oriented approach: transforming complex tax requirements into simple, convincing arguments
  • Structured and independent work style, with the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Fluent German and good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from pre-qualification to scheduling live demos
  • Actively engage with existing and new customer contacts to build long-term relationships and trust
  • Provide excellent support to customers facing challenges with VAT regulations
  • Represent Taxdoo at trade shows and events, organize appearances, and ensure a strong presence in the e-commerce and tax advisory community
  • Use HubSpot to track sales activities, monitor leads, and optimize the sales process
  • Work closely with Tech, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure optimal customer support and incorporate valuable feedback into product development
  • Help to develop new sales channels and create creative outbound sales strategies
  • Maintain a focus on growth with clear goals and benchmarks, supporting companies in effortlessly and automatically fulfilling their tax obligations
