Summary

Join Cyclotron as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to the growth of the sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads and build relationships with prospective clients, ultimately driving new business. This role involves various tasks such as lead generation, outbound outreach, qualifying leads, appointment setting, relationship building, market research, and CRM management. You will collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and align on territory strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify prospective clients and build outreach lists by verticals, regions, product type, etc
  • Inbound and Outbound Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through various channels including email campaigns, cold calling ,and social media. Craft creative, thoughtful, and personalized messaging to prompt higher open/response rate
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and interests of potential clients, determining whether they are a suitable fit for our products or services
  • Drive business conversations with business influencers and decision makers across different departments and levels within an organization (i.e. IT, HR, Directors, VPs, C-Suite)
  • Concisely deliver value propositions while listening to client feedback and overcoming objections
  • Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings and calls between qualified leads and our Sales Executives to further discuss solutions and close deals
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with peers Account Executives to master messaging and align on territory strategies and needs further enhancing outbound efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • 1+ years in a similar role, marketing, or customer services is preferred, but not required
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Personality Traits: Enthusiastic, Competitive, resilient, detail oriented, Β and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
