Summary

Join Instructure as an experienced SDR to support our EdTech companies in North America! This fully remote role combines inbound and outbound responsibilities and requires a growth mindset, coachability, quality focus, teamwork skills, problem-solving abilities, resilience, and excellent time management. You will need a track record of success as an SDR, strong communication skills, CRM familiarity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The role includes a commission target of $16k per year, in addition to the base salary.

Requirements

  • Track record of success as an Outbound and Inbound SDR or similar role
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound prospecting tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • High level of energy, persistence, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Support our EdTech companies in North America
  • Combine inbound and outbound responsibilities
  • Generate quality conversations and pipeline for our Sales team that will ultimately turn into bookings
  • Share knowledge, ask questions and contribute to overall Drive Team success
  • Address objections, creatively overcome challenges and adjust your strategies based on research and what each account needs
  • Know our market, our competitors, and how to position our solutions
  • Own your calendar and manage your time effectively
  • Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and results
