Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in an SDR or sales role at a remote startup
- Experience in cold calling and emailing: Conducting 60 outbound cold calls per day
- Experience managing your calendar and completing tasks in a remote work environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally
- Proficiency with Gong and Salesforce, and other sales tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization by deadlines
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and evolving sales environment
Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound demo requests from the website: You'll handle inbound email requests from prospects, schedule their qualification calls, and conduct these calls. You should be comfortable leading early-stage sales conversations and quickly assessing if prospects align with Fountain
- Account research: Conduct research on accounts to determine if they fit Fountain's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Additionally, support Account Executives (AEs) by providing account insights to aid in building account plans
- Sales Outreach: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Engage, and LinkedIn for outbound and inbound sales activities
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey for prospects. Foster growth and development of this relationship
- Pre & Post Event Lead Management: Assist the sales and marketing team in event preparation by managing lead outreach
- Event Support: Provide on-site support for our sales team during events by providing account information for in-person conversations. Occasionally, join the sales team at events to assist with staffing
