- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
- Full language proficiency in English and German
Responsibilities
- Generate customer expansion opportunities through cross-sell to existing customers, outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
- Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
- Consult existing clients on their internal process to drive change and expand the use of Deel's product offerings
- Collaborate with the sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Sales Qualified Opportunities and pipeline progression
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- You have worked for an HR or Fintech company
- Have previous Sales Development Experience
- You've worked at a fast-growing startup
- You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
