  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and remain self-motivated to achieve targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and tracking interactions
  • Experience with CRM software to manage leads and document outreach efforts

Responsibilities

  • Book and schedule appointments with prospective clients for the sales team
  • Generate leads by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the medical aesthetics industry through phone, email, and social platforms
  • Consistently meet monthly targets for qualified appointments
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with prospects, answering questions and sharing insights on our offerings
  • Take ownership of outreach initiatives, maintaining a proactive approach to secure appointments and build a robust pipeline
  • Research and qualify leads, ensuring they meet Blue Ocean’s criteria for high-potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts and align messaging
  • Track all prospect interactions in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and detailed documentation
