Sales Development Representative

Summary

Join Fresh Prints, a rapidly growing NYC-based custom apparel startup, as a Business Development Associate. You will play a key role in driving company growth by developing and optimizing strategic sales campaigns. This position involves creating sales funnels, exploring new customer acquisition channels, and enhancing market response. Requirements

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, business development, or operations experience preferred
• Strong writing ability with experience in copywriting or email campaigns
• Great verbal communicator with U.S. clients
• English fluency

Responsibilities

• Develop outbound sales campaigns to target key markets via emails/texts/calls and other customer acquisition channels
• Field campaign responses and optimize conversion rates by understanding the client’s requirements and up/cross-sell to meet them
• Work with strategy and sales to setup client calls
• Conduct market research to develop a pipeline of potential and have a clear understanding of market penetration/growth
• Develop, monitor and report key performance metrics to finetune sales campaign strategies

• Salary Range: $700 base + $80 night shift allowance per month
