Requirements

• Experience working as a SDR or lead generation for 1.5 year
• Proven experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn)
• Expertise in sales automation tools and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of prospecting, lead qualification processes and converting them into MQLs
• Ability to create compelling messaging and execute effective outreach strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the Healthcare industry or selling into healthcare verticals
• Excellent writing and speaking abilities (at least Upper Intermediate)

Responsibilities

• Create hypotheses, test and enhancement (based on provided ICP, BP & UVP)
• DR requests composition
• Cold campaigns' sequences creation (either based on provided templates or from scratch)
• Cold semi-automated campaigns launches
• Lead management in CRM (HubSpot)
• Lead follow-ups, nurturing and calls set up once became an MQL
• Reporting (conversion metrics gathering) for continious retrospective analysis and performance enhacement
