Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in a SDR or BDR role (B2B or SaaS helpful, but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Strong self-motivation, with an ability to work autonomously
  • Proven ability to participate in value based client conversations
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding targets and working in a metric-driven sales organization
  • Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong and/or Salesloft experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets by utilizing LinkedIn, cold calling, and email
  • Work closely with Marketing on inbound leads and execution of outbound ABX programs
  • Respond to inbound interests and proactively reach out to targeted outbound prospects
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account Executives
  • Update and maintain CRM data for prospects, accounts and activities
