Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS industry
- Ability to manage time effectively, and meet targets
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for helping businesses succeed
- Fluency in English (min. C1)
- Enthusiasm for selling
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential clients via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn and industry websites
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives
- Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate records of outreach efforts (HubSpot)
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional interactions
- Advise clients on best practices in email marketing and marketing automation, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to optimize lead generation strategies
- Provide insights on lead quality and contribute to refining the sales process
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Preferred Qualifications
- Command of Polish
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot)
