Summary

Join GetResponse as a Sales Development Representative and help expand our presence in the Polish market. You will proactively engage potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS industry
  • Ability to manage time effectively, and meet targets
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for helping businesses succeed
  • Fluency in English and Polish (min. C1)
  • Enthusiasm for selling

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential clients via cold calls, cold emails, Linkedin and industry website
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate records of outreach efforts (HubSpot)
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional interactions
  • Advise clients on best practices in email marketing and marketing automation, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Provide insights on lead quality and contribute to refining the sales process
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments
