Your responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling calls with district decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, providing valuable feedback and insights. Requirements
- 1+ year of lead generation or inside sales experience with a track record of engaging prospects
- Strong communication skills and an ability to empathize with the challenges faced by school districts
- Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.io or Salesloft
- A mission-driven mindset with a passion for helping schools provide better healthcare access to students
- A growth-oriented attitude, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Prospect and Generate Leads
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels to engage school district decision-makers
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls for Sales reps
- Qualify leads and determine alignment with Hazel Healthβs mission and solutions
- Research school districts to identify key contacts and strategic opportunities
- Work closely with Sales to align on outreach approaches and target key districts
- Provide feedback from the field to help refine messaging and marketing campaigns
- Share insights on district needs and trends to help inform future sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach and pipeline activity in Salesforce
