Summary

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research organizations that fit KnowBe4’s ideal customer profile
  • Reach out to key stakeholders via phone, email, and LinkedIn with personalized, impactful messaging
  • Address objections and create excitement about meeting with our team
  • Collaborate with Territory/Account Executives to generate opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Keep detailed records of activities in our CRM
  • Share your results and insights with leadership during monthly business reviews

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MS Office, Gmail, Google Docs, and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with sales tools or IT security concepts
