Summary

Join HIP Creative as a Sales Development Representative and contribute to a winning team focused on helping small businesses succeed. You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls, presenting HIP's services to potential clients, following up through various channels, booking qualified leads, nurturing warm leads, and maintaining detailed notes. This role requires knowledge of the Orthodontic and Dental field, strong communication skills, and the ability to utilize online tools. Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Orthodontic and Dental field or willingness to learn
  • Confidence and a commanding presence when explaining HIP's services and their impact on practices
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use online tools such as ClickUp, High Level (CRM), Slack, Zoom, Gmail, G Suite, and PandaDoc
  • A relentless drive to follow up with leads and ensure high-quality service

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (200 dials) using an auto dialer (WAVV) to prequalify potential clients
  • Present HIP's services confidently to highly educated physicians or decision-makers
  • Follow up relentlessly with leads through multiple channels, including calls, SMS, emails, and social media messengers
  • Book a minimum of fifty qualified leads on the closers' calendar, ensuring a seamless transition per month
  • Nurture warm leads and ensure thorough CRM and pipeline management in real time
  • Maintain detailed notes and ensure no lead is disqualified until thoroughly assessed for potential service value
  • Demonstrate a production mindset and drive to meet or exceed goals
  • Be available to take calls during evenings and weekends if needed
  • Participate daily in sales meetings and coaching sessions
