Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in a software solution or SaaS company
  • Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
  • Strong business communication skills in English, including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
  • Native-level proficiency in German
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1+ level)

Responsibilities

  • Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Germany tracking personal sales activities in CRM
  • Conduct detailed customer persona research before the initial contact
  • Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
  • Proactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospects
  • Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process
  • Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
  • Experience communicating with the C-suite
  • Experience in SaaS industry
