Summary

Join our team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative and contribute to revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads through proactive outreach. Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to strategically target accounts, conduct thorough research, and generate interest in our solutions. Develop and execute lead generation plans, engage potential customers, and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in enterprise software sales, and proficiency in sales automation tools. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work independently. Compensation includes a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 annually.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within enterprise software
  • A results-driven "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and prospecting techniques
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy, tenacity, and a self-starter mindset
  • Excellent time and territory management skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to strategically identify and qualify prospects within your assigned territory
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our solutions
  • Develop and execute a proactive lead generation plan to source new opportunities and nurture existing ones
  • Engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and align them with potential customer needs
  • Identify innovative outbound sales campaigns and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive initiatives
  • Update and manage prospect interactions in Salesforce and Outreach to ensure accurate lead tracking and efficient follow-ups
  • Provide feedback to leadership for continuous process improvements
  • Support corporate and regional marketing events through prospecting efforts and event staffing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM and sales automation tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Benefits

$75,000 - $125,000 a year
