Summary

Join Jibble Group, a fast-growing, remote-first workforce management company, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will play a key role in driving sales revenue and company growth by managing the entire sales cycle. This position requires 1-3 years of B2B software sales experience, a proven track record of generating and closing accounts, and fluency in Mandarin. The ideal candidate is motivated, self-driven, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Immediate availability is a plus. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, educating prospects, setting up sales meetings, conducting product demos, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • We are looking for fluent or native Mandarin speaker
  • A motivated and self-driven individual with a startup-hustle mentality
  • Self-driven, analytical, structured and high attention to details
  • Great communication skills, enjoy talking to clients via the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying and nurturing valuable leads via phone and email
  • Educate prospects on our products benefits & solutions
  • Proactive outreach to set up sales meetings with prospects
  • Conduct product demos
  • Always be closing!

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B lead generation and sales is a plus
  • Available to start work immediately is a plus
