Summary

Join Journey's growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a critical role in identifying and qualifying HR and Benefits leaders at mid-to-enterprise-level companies. You will educate prospects on the benefits of switching to Journey's Proactive EAP and be the first point of contact for many. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales role (SDR, BDR, or similar) at a high-growth company
  • A proactive and creative approach to prospecting and engaging decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages
  • High sense of urgency and resilience- thrives in fast-paced environments
  • The ability to handle objections, problem-solve, and personalize outreach effectively
  • A collaborative and proactive team player who is able to communicate and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations and Partnerships
  • Experience with sales prospecting tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Identify & qualify HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders at mid-to-enterprise-level companies
  • Use multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to drive interest and book discovery meetings
  • Educate prospects on Journeyโ€™s unique value and how proactive mental health support outperforms traditional and digital EAPs
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies that resonate with different industries and buyer persona

  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Account Executives to refine messaging and drive pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and pipeline contribution
