Summary

Join Komodo Health's Sales Development team and contribute to our mission of reducing the global burden of disease. In this role, you will conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers, coordinating meetings and product demonstrations to showcase Komodo's capabilities. You will leverage various tools like Salesforce and Salesloft to efficiently manage your outreach and meet monthly targets. Success in this position requires a minimum of one year of B2B outbound prospecting experience and a proven track record of achieving quotas in a SaaS environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a sales/business development role with a focus on B2B outbound prospecting
  • History of achieving quota or MBO targets in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Conducted outreach across multiple communication channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and engage potential leads
  • Coordinated meetings, calls, and product demonstrations with prospects to showcase Komodo’s capabilities and solutions
  • Met/exceeded monthly targets for completed meetings and opportunities progressing through the sales pipeline
  • Efficiently leverage tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Closely partner with stakeholders in sales to identify key targets and receive feedback on completed meetings
  • Outreach to inbound Marketing leads, ensuring follow-up SLA’s are met
  • Develop and execute daily/weekly plans to maximize your outreach, including account research, cold-calling blocks, and email/LinkedIn personalization based on business verticals and personas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Capacity to accept and learn from constructive feedback
  • Experience selling healthcare solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft and/or Qualified.io
