Join Lumos, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing app and access management, as a Sales Development Representative. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by driving outbound sales and building pipeline. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives, developing creative outreach plans, and building relationships with prospects. You'll be responsible for qualifying inbound inquiries and providing valuable feedback to improve sales processes. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold-calling prospects
- Experience working with IT, Security, GRC or similar technical buyers (experience selling cybersecurity is a plus)
- Ability to be nimble and a desire to work in a start-up environment where resources are still being built or refined
- Strong communication skills, operate with ethics, adaptability, grit and empathy
- Ability to work EST/CST hours
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Account Executive to identify key decision makers and prospects within designated segment alignment (Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts)
- Take a creative approach to building distinct, value-based outreach plans
- Be collaborative and team-oriented. If you find something that works well, share your best practices to the wider sales team with the goal of making everyone better
- Create a professional and positive first impression for our prospects and customers by building meaningful relationships and explaining Lumosβ potential value-add for their business
- Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries for your Account Executive by identifying needs, challenges, and goals of our prospective customers
- Provide feedback and insights to Sales Managers and Sales Enablement on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role

Prior experience working fully remote is strongly preferred
