Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of Business Development (BDR) or SDR experience in a technology-centric environment, with a particular focus on outbound prospecting
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and other tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, 6sense, ZoomInfo or Gong is highly advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to listen to the prospect, build relationships and trust, and translate their needs into actionable sales opportunities
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious
Responsibilities
- Responding to and qualifying both high and low intent marketing leads from a variety of programs, including digital campaigns, events and webinars
- Collaborating with regional growth marketing managers to develop a series of multi-touch lead flows for both inbound and outbound prospecting activity
- Generating well qualified discovery calls with prospects meeting our ICP on behalf of the sales team, using SPICED methodology
- Leveraging a best-in-class technology stack to research, identify and prospect to relevant contacts from prospective customer accounts
- Representing M-Files at occasional customer and prospect events, networking effectively with customers, prospects and partners
