Summary

MoeGo is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation efforts and help build a robust sales pipeline. The role involves outbound prospecting, relationship building, CRM management, collaboration with teams, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Minimum qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, exceptional communication skills, strong phone presence, excellent writing skills, proficiency with CRM software, and the ability to learn quickly. Preferred qualifications include being a self-starter, goal-oriented, resilient, a team player, and passionate about technology.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector; Experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, Strong phone presence and experience with cold calling, Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling emails, Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate new leads and schedule qualified meetings
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events
  • CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with detailed information on leads, prospects, and sales activities
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their business needs and how our SaaS solution can address them
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies and share insights
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and other key performance metrics
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry understanding
