Summary

Join Momos' Sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on closing new business in the APAC region. You will be responsible for selling the Momos platform to F&B businesses, sourcing leads, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and email campaigns, along with strong communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach to generate interest in Momos solutions
  • Conduct meaningful discussions with prospects to understand their business challenges and deliver the value of what Momos has to offer, qualify leads, and assess alignment with our product offerings
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies for key prospects and customer accounts, engaging decision-makers and influencers
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, efforts, and results within Salesforce or other CRM tools to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) and the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to streamline handoff processes, refine messaging, and enhance outreach strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target client segments to uncover new business opportunities for Momos
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for outreach, meetings booked, and sales accepted opportunities generated
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform a high volume of daily calls and generate high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • A proactive self-starter who is highly motivated and capable of thriving in a high-volume outbound sales environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages for enterprise prospects
  • A keen interest in understanding Momos technical products, target industries, and client use cases

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound Sales Development Representative role is preferred
  • Experience in SaaS B2B prospecting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to support your decisions
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating an aptitude for effective time management and prioritization
  • You should be comfortable working remotely and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
