Summary
Join MotionPoint as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to long-term value by discovering new website and portal translation opportunities. You will utilize various strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to identify and connect with potential clients, ultimately setting appointments for Account Executives. This role demands a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and proficiency in utilizing sales tools. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with expertise in O365 and Salesforce. Requirements
- Possess a Hunter mentality with a high sense of urgency
- Demonstrate strong motivation skills โ be results driven and competitive
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have experience in communicating with both internal and external clients
- Show commitment to independent learning and training
- Possess outstanding time management skills and perform timely follow-up
- Hold a Bachelorโs Degree or equivalent work experience
- Be proficient in O365 experience (Word/Excel)
- Be proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, Outreach.io and Gong
Responsibilities
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Perform research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods
- Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads
- Make cold calls to connect with prospective customers or clients
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- Other duties as assigned

Have Digital Agency work experience
