Sales Development Representative

Summary

Join our team as a Sales Development Representative at Net2phone Canada, where you'll generate qualified leads, research and prospect contacts, and work closely with the sales and marketing departments.

Requirements

• Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking)
• 1+ year in retail/hospitality/software sales ideally
• Post Secondary Education
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is ideal
• Intermediate computer skills desired. Someone that can navigate through multiple apps/platforms with ease

Responsibilities

• Researching, prospecting and qualifying leads in various verticals and geographic locations across Canada
• Contact prospects through outbound phone calls
• Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner
• Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information to the Account Executives
• Achieving defined productivity goals
• Working closely with the SDR Manager in order to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity
