- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Zoom is required, including Outlook for scheduling appointments and coordinating communication
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects using the provided contact list and call script
- Engage prospects effectively, ensuring a professional and persuasive communication style
- Prospect Qualification: Assess the needs and potential of prospects to determine their suitability and readiness for our services
- Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information for further engagement
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects
- Ensure appointments are accurately recorded and confirmed with both the prospect and sales team
- Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Update and manage prospect data to ensure it is current and comprehensive
