Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects using the provided contact list and call script
  • Engage prospects effectively, ensuring a professional and persuasive communication style
  • Prospect Qualification: Assess the needs and potential of prospects to determine their suitability and readiness for our services
  • Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information for further engagement
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects
  • Ensure appointments are accurately recorded and confirmed with both the prospect and sales team
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Update and manage prospect data to ensure it is current and comprehensive
