Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and qualify them based on predefined criteria
  • Provide timely follow-up after each call to build rapport, reinforce the value of our services, and address any preliminary client questions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales representatives to further discuss insurance solutions with qualified leads
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, ensuring a steady flow of prospects through the sales funnel
