Summary
Join Pavago's team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and drive business growth by identifying and qualifying leads. You will conduct high-volume cold calling, manage cold email campaigns, and maintain the CRM database. Success requires excellent communication, resilience, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of customer-facing experience and proficiency in using sales tools like Zoom, Slack, and CRM platforms. This is a full-time, remote position working EST hours. The role involves a multi-stage interview process.

Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily to identify and qualify potential leads, initiating new business opportunities and generating interest in our services

- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data to support sales efforts
- Be prepared for role adjustments as needed by the company, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs
