Requirements
- Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating proficiency in navigating complexities and prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Effective communication is key in the sales process, and our ideal candidate excels in articulating ideas and building rapport with potential clients. The ability to manage data and generate insightful reports is crucial for optimizing sales strategies and evaluating performance
- The candidate excels in building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects, utilizing software tools like Zoom, Slack, and CRM platforms to enhance the sales process and drive engagement
Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily to identify and qualify potential leads, initiating new business opportunities and generating interest in our services
- Oversee and manage cold email campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data to support sales efforts
- Be prepared for role adjustments as needed by the company, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs
