Summary
Join Payability's growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative (Outbound)! This pivotal role focuses on generating leads through high-volume outbound calling and various prospecting activities. You will maintain a robust pipeline, engage prospects across multiple channels, and collaborate with the sales team to develop client solutions. Success in this position requires a proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The role offers an hourly rate of $25-$30 plus commission for account connects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales or related role
- Experience making 200+ outbound calls per day
- Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development
- Possess a strong hunter mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on results
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoominfo)
- Knowledge of e-commerce market trends and customer needs
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through high-volume outbound calling efforts
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers through various sources
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using effective lead generation techniques
- Engage with prospects via cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other channels
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients
- Track sales metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and performance
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Provide management with feedback on market trends and customer insights
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions as needed
Benefits
