Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development within a SaaS environment working with SMB clients
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, high-velocity sales roles
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying, to closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust
- Motivated self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and connect with potential SMB clients through outbound calling, emails, and social outreach to build a high-quality pipeline
- Educate and Engage Prospects: Articulate the value of Polycamβs platform, demonstrating how our solutions address the unique needs of SMBs in various industries
- Close Deals: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for the client
- High-Velocity Outreach: Execute a high volume of daily outreach activities, maintaining the momentum and enthusiasm to effectively handle a large pipeline
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead quality and refine messaging based on market feedback
- Maintain CRM Data: Accurately log all activities, interactions, and opportunities in CRM to track progress and help streamline the sales process
