Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development within a SaaS environment working with SMB clients
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume, high-velocity sales roles
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying, to closing deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust
  • Motivated self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and connect with potential SMB clients through outbound calling, emails, and social outreach to build a high-quality pipeline
  • Educate and Engage Prospects: Articulate the value of Polycam’s platform, demonstrating how our solutions address the unique needs of SMBs in various industries
  • Close Deals: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for the client
  • High-Velocity Outreach: Execute a high volume of daily outreach activities, maintaining the momentum and enthusiasm to effectively handle a large pipeline
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead quality and refine messaging based on market feedback
  • Maintain CRM Data: Accurately log all activities, interactions, and opportunities in CRM to track progress and help streamline the sales process
