Join our client, a leading beauty brand, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and drive outbound prospecting efforts. Work remotely, making calls to salon owners, booking appointments, and gathering business data. Fuel the sales pipeline and expand the salon network. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, gathering salon information, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, sending email follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. You will need fluency in English, 1+ years of sales development or inside sales experience, CRM experience, and excellent communication skills. Success is measured by high call volume, a clean CRM, and positive feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • 1+ years of sales development or inside sales experience
  • CRM experience for pipeline and data management
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to hair salons from a curated list of leads
  • Gather information on salon size, product preferences, and purchase behavior
  • Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Send customized email follow-ups using CRM sequences
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement activity

Preferred Qualifications

  • High outbound call volume with strong conversion to qualified appointments
  • A clean, up-to-date CRM with well-documented activity
