Join Rula's provider growth team as a Sales Development Representative and contribute to expanding access to mental healthcare. This role involves conducting outreach to therapists using creative approaches and excellent communication skills. The position is fully remote (excluding NY, CA, and WA), offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing startup. We are looking for self-starters with strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles. Requirements
- Customer facing or sales experience
- Passionate about working at a fast-growing startup

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who thrives in managing their own time and priorities in a remote work environment

- Must not reside in New York, California, or Washington
Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to therapists using creative approaches and excellent communication skills to engage them
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience prospecting and cold outreach with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools (i.e. Outreach, Sales Navigator)
- Must be Team-Centric and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve objectives
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, or tech environment
- Background in health care or mental health care
