Join Saviynt as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help us reinvent the Identity Governance, Application GRC, and Cloud Privileged Access Management space! This remote role focuses on initiating sales cycles for our Enterprise Sales team by identifying and engaging prospects in the APAC region. You will identify and generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, working independently but within a team environment. Your objective is to produce qualified meetings that convert to the sales pipeline. We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Sales Development Experience prospecting into Enterprise SaaS companies
- Must be experienced with lead qualification terms and methods (MQL, SQL, SAL, BANT)
- This position requires an ambitious self-starter with relationship selling skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of the IGA market and Saviynt's solutions
- Confident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be self-driven and determined with well-developed interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Use of Salesforce required and previous use of sales enablement/engagement tools preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with sales tools: Salesforce , LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Lusha etc
- Ability to travel 5-10% to support field marketing events
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy, Incident Response Policy/Procedures, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures, Mobile Device Policy, Account Management Policy, Access Control Policy, Personnel Security Policy, Privacy Policy
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting into large Enterprise accounts with a high volume of cold calling. Engage with Senior Decision Makers in Security, Compliance and other key stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Efficiently identify qualified sales opportunities for the field
- Account mapping with field sales and channel partners
- Effectively communicate the value of the Saviynt platform and competitive differentiators
- Maintain detailed/ updated records on lead activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead development and hand-off to sales
- Collaborate closely with Marketingโadhering to inbound lead follow up SLAs
- Provide onsite support at field marketing events
- Meet/exceed KPIs including weekly/monthly/quarterly activity and pipeline development goals
