Summary
Join SevenRooms as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to the growth of our hospitality industry platform. You will research and outreach to restaurants, hotels, and hospitality operators in North America, creating an outreach plan to highlight the benefits of SevenRooms. As an SDR, you will identify, engage, and qualify prospects, playing a key role in the sales process through introductory and discovery calls. Success in this role requires curiosity, autonomy, and a goal-oriented approach. SevenRooms offers a supportive and challenging environment with opportunities for career advancement. You will report to the Sales Development Manager, focusing on production and professional development.
Requirements
- You have 1+ years of previous work experience and are passionate about the hospitality industry
- You have incredible attention to detail and are able to juggle multiple requests
- You are comfortable working autonomously in a quota-driven sales environment
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You excel when faced with a challenge
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Prospect and identify clients to contact by email outreach and cold calling
- Engagement: Inspire prospects to learn about how SevenRooms can be an asset to their business
- Pipeline Management: Manage an organized pipeline in Salesforce.com
- Outreach & Research: Test new technologies to source contact information and facilitate outbound outreach; discover new target markets and implement thoughtful campaigns through outbound calls and emails; assist the sales team by identifying relevant decision makers
- Relationship Building : Establish relationships with prospects in the US and across the world
Preferred Qualifications
You have cold calling, sales training and Salesforce.com experience is preferred

- The On-Target Earnings (Base salary + Commission) range for this role is $80,000.00 - $87,000.00
